为有力保证事情或工作开展的水平质量，预先制定方案是必不可少的，方案可以对一个行动明确一个大概的方向。方案应该怎么制定呢？
Times goes fast, my second year of high school is coming soon.
In the first year, I got used to the new environment and kept focusing on my study. I felt like something was lost in my life, because I was too busy and did not have time to read novel books.
So in the new semester, I must make a plan to better adjust my life pace. Firstly,
I need to study the subjects well, because it is my first job as a student. As this important stage will decide my future to some degree, so keeping up with other students is my main goal.
Secondly, I must spare some time to read extra books, which will broaden my horizon and enrich my mind. It can also help me to take relax from great pressure. The plan slows down my life pace.
一、主要目标
争取获得优良成绩。增加文化素养，端正学习态度，培养积极勤奋的学风。
二、具体安排
1、坚持预习，坚持在上课前先预习一遍课文，在上课之前对所上的内容有所了解，能提高听课效率。温故而知新。
2、每周抽一天时间早起背诵英语课文。
3、每周坚持到校晚自习
4、坚持去校图书馆借书阅书，坚持超额完成老师布置的读书任务，并且做好读书笔记。
5、对于课程知识，要多想多问，并且把其中有收货的部分记入笔记之中。
6、每个月进行一次学习清算，反思自己这个月是否达成了学习计划，有哪一些做得不足的地方，下个月要注意改进。
7、订阅英语辅导报，自学报纸上出现的一些英语单词，并且完成报纸上的练习题。
8、身为一个汉语言文学专业的学生，对于文字的敏感和写作能力是非常重要的，所以应该坚持在平时多写一些练笔。
First of all, I think try to improve the vocabulary is the most important step to have the improvement of English. Because to use a high-level or subject-specific vocabulary can show the audience that the writer have a high-level language skills.
To memorize more and more vocabularies by reading books. It's most easiest and the most fast way to memorize. Do not memorize the dictionary, it's hard and will forget very fast and completely. Secondly, grammar is the hardest section for the people who's first language is not English. There are 12 tenses to learn. Do grammar exercises is a way to get the improvement.
Also people need to study the grammar by talking with other people. Write more and more paragraphs by using different tenses and ask teacher for help to fix the grammar errors. Last but no least, when the writer should have a logical organization of your ideas. A good paragraph writing form can help the writer organize his/her ideas.
Further, write a outline before the final draft, and the ideas should be write from least important to most important or least specific to most specific.
The new term is coming and I will be wiser and wiser, because i will learn more knowlege.
I will do more meaningful things that i think.
First,I will get back to my everyday activities, such as:Ping pong,football and basket ball.Sports are really interesting,aren't they?
Second,i will read more books,just as the saying goes:the more ,the better.It's true that I will know more about the world and understand why people say that the world is very big.
Third,i will study maths,physics and English better.I will solve more difficult maths problems and be interested in them.I will think about more physics is important and I will spend more time on it.
I'm really looking forward to the coming future.I will get ready to face the future!
经过网上申请，10月下旬的时候，我接到了去参加第一轮笔试的通知。这一轮笔试，叫做“解难测试”(problems solving test)。有两大部分，一部分是运算题，很简单，类似于初中数学的运算，另一部分是英文阅读，差不多相当于GRE阅读的难度。共有100道题，全是选择。时间2个小时，非常紧。之前师兄告戒我一定要做完，不管正确率怎么样，做完最重要。从历年的结果看，做完的基本都能pass。我只至今也不明就理，反正我勉强都涂上了。结果一个小时后就出来了。70多个人中60个人pass了，通过率确实挺高的。
In recent years, studying abroad has been popular in our country. More and more middle school students e advantages. Studying abroad can provide better studying conditions. People can make rapid progress in their foreign language study and it can also help foreign countries and spread cultures of different nations.
On the other hand, it has disadvantages. For example, because of the lack of living experience and poor capability to take care of themselves, they may feel lonely and homesick. In addition, high living expenses and tuition fees e a heavy burden upon their parents.
So I think whether studying abroad or not should be decided according to oneself and one’s family. It is not right to follow others.
I'm extremely excited now ,In face of new envirenment of study and life ,I must make a good plan for it .
Study comes first so I should make new goal and improve my study method.Hard will I study in the college as I do now.It is also important to learn how to live by myself . I will join in various activities and try my best to manage the relationship with other classmates.
No matter what I will meet in the future,happiness or sorrow,keep an optimistic attitud towards life and I believe that my college life will be colorfull as planned.
暑假过去了，又迎来了新的一学期开始新的学习，在四年级第一个学期里，我也有新的计划，现将我的学习计划如下：
在新的学期里，我要团结同学，爱护班集体，积极参加学校里举行的各项活动，上课认真听讲，积极发言。勤于动脑，遇到问题多思考，每天按时完成老师布置的作业。新的学期，我刚被选进学校大队委，刚开始，我要先跟高年级的哥哥姐姐们学习，看他们是如何检查学生卫生和纪律文明习惯的，在以后的工作中，我会积极完成老师交给我们的任务。
语文方面，要做到课前预习，预习课文的时候，不会的字要勤查字典。课文中不懂的地方要多查资料，并且记录到课本上。课后认真复习，争取做到“温故而知新”。课余时间还要多读课外书，增加我的课外知识量。为了提高我的阅读能力，我每天坚持做一篇黑马阅读。作文方面要多点练习，坚持写日记，多摘抄好词好句，多读范文，把作文写的晚通顺，更精彩，更充实。数学方面，上课时要认真听老师讲解，课后多做练习题，不理解的地方要及时问老师。做题时，要认真读题、审题，理解题意后再开始答题。做完题后要认真检查。准备一个错题本，平时做错的题和考试中出错的题，我就及时写在错题本上，每次考试前我都要翻看一遍，避免再犯同样的错误，每次考试都要考到95分以上。英语方面，每天上课前，做好课前准备，先把课文预习一遍。每天坚持听英语30分钟。课后要多听、多读、多背、多默写。争取每次单词听写100分，每次考试争取考100分。
生活方面要多帮爸爸妈妈干一些力所能及的家务活，比如扫地、拖地、倒垃圾、涮碗……课下，见到老师时要有礼貌的问好，同学之间需要帮助时，要积极主动地去帮助别人。做一个有礼貌、有爱心的好学生。
Time flies, I have two grade friends! I'm so happy! Of course, the beginning of a new semester, vying for a comprehensive development of qualified young pioneers in the class, to be disciplined, listen carefully and actively think for enthusiastically raised their hands to speak; exam to overcome the shortcomings of careless; school home, and earnestly fulfill teacher assignments, and then to preview tomorrow will be learning new content; love the team but also care about the class, to help others, and common progress and students; reading some more meaningful reading materials to increase knowledge, broaden horizons; help mom and Dad to do some of those things. Of course! Still insist on physical exercise, strong body.
The new plan for my new semester, second grade, I was confident I! I will be trying to board a new level.
唱假马上就要结束了，我将以新的精神面貌跨进初中学校的大门。进入初中，一个完全陌生的学习环境，再加上现在社会的竟争如此激烈，为了尽快适应新生活，并且迎头赶上，为自己提几点要求，作为初中的学习计划：
一、做好预习工作，对第二天老师要上的课程自己先看上一遍，对新课的内容有大致了解。把第二天老师讲课当作复习，着重听还不算很理解的重点难点，并记好应记笔记。
二、要认真完成老师布置的所有作业，做到一丝不苟。课堂作业当堂完成；课后作业和家庭作业也要按时独立完成。
三、尽量抽出时间复习老师所讲的课程，温故而之新，只有掌握好老知识才能为今后的学习打下更好的基础
四、要利用星期天和节假日，继续参加奥数、英语，多读课外书，不断丰富自己的知识。多发挥自己的强项，即使再繁忙的初中生活，也不能丢了自己原来的特长，而弱项则需要不断去弥补。
五、上课的时候，我要认真听讲，不做小动作，不和同学交头接耳，要力争把老师课堂上讲的知识全部消化；对于疑难问题，要不耻下问，虚心向老师和同学请教。不能“似懂非懂”，更不能“不懂装懂”，
以上是我最基本的学习计划要求，但想完全做到也并非易事。我只有努力+努力，勤奋+勤奋，一点一点，提高自己的学习水平和班级排名，争取向最好的成绩奋进，创造一个属于自己的初中三年。
接下来才进入保洁公司的正式环节。真正的第一步是网上填申请表格。这是一个很简单的环节，但是我的一个好朋友在这里犯了一个致命错误，与保洁失之交臂。当时有个题目是问你以后工作地点的要求，之前我咨询过一个师兄，他非常慎重地告戒我，如果不是那种非去不可达的情况，在填地点是一定不要选北京、上海等大城市，最好选“anywhere”。因为选北京、上海的人太多了，录取的概率就会减小。而我那朋友却毫不犹豫地选了上海，结果被保洁公司拒绝。拒信中说“担心将来上海没有适合你的职位安排。”我一直为朋友的这个小错误感到惋惜。
“残忍”的。笔试后，我接到了电话，通知我参加10月30日的第一轮面试。面试我的有一个职业化的女性。旁边是一个辅问的男士。终于叫到我的号了。当时我一进门，马上就给他们一个最灿烂的微笑。也想借此掩饰自己的紧张。屋子里有沙发，我坐了下去，整个人都陷了下去。我挺挺背，冲他们微笑着打了个招呼。
第一个问题是让我描述自己参加过的一个活动，并且自己的决策影响了这个活动的例子。我当时就举了一次去云南做暑期社会实践的一个例子。我边回忆边说。女考官则不断打断我，追问我一些细节问题，问得非常仔细。在这种情况下，如果是一个编造的例子，估计早就漏洞百出了。其实大部分问题都是让你描述曾经经历的事情，关注你怎么解决的，比如怎么从逆境中脱身、怎么协调团队中的不同意见等。只要事前准备一些例子，回答这些问题并不为难。
前后问答的几个问题，他们都很满意的样子，我自己也颇自得。然而女考官的一个问题把我置于了非常被动的境地，她说：“你能回忆你曾经实现过的一件原本看上去不可能的事情吗？”我考虑了一段时间决定说说我在学生会的一次经历。本来我语速就快，再一激动结果越说越快，情绪马上就紧张起来，而且弄得周围的人也跟着一起紧张，我心里知道这样效果肯定不好，我告诉自己如果再不调整，这次就完蛋了。
我赶紧停了下来，调整一下坐姿，然后深深呼吸一下，对面试官笑了笑说，“我可以举一个我12岁时候的例子吗？”考官马上笑了笑，很感兴趣地说，“可以啊，我很有兴趣听。”接下来的一切就ok了。（面试中会有状态不好的时候，及时调整比继续糟糕的状态要好。善解人意的面试官也会帮你调整，千万不要放弃。）
