Recently,I have just finished reading a famous novel written by Margaret mitchell—“Gone with the Wind”,which is one of the most popular works among American took the auther about 10 years to finish this great novel,the only novel in her life. The story happened during the Civil War OHara,a 16-year-old girl,who was living in Tala manor in Georgia,was loving her neighbor Ashley the war have broken out, Ashley Wilkes married his yonger cousin Melanie. Scarlett was so angry that she decided to marry a man she didn?t really love—— Charles long after that, Charles Hamilton joined the Army and died of illness in the Scarlett had to act as a a donating dance party,Scarlett is acquainted with a captain named Rhett Butler. Then the flames of war approached was busy leaving away from the managed to escape from Atlanta with the help of captain come back to Tala manor,Scarlett made up her mind to rally her homeland at any cost when she saw that the former manor had been second husband died in the fight,she was a widow that time, Rhett had been loving Scarlett sincerely and that Rhett could help her rally the manor,Scarlett married Rhett had similar characteristic attracting her,Scarlett still loved only daughter died accidently,Rhett left Scarlett then Scarlett realized that Rhett was the only one who could fall in love with her.
The novel takes the US Civil War as the takes Scarlett?s individual activity as the book show us a tragic love story .A couple who could have a perfect future,but finnally go in opposite a matter of fact,their charactristics have decided their tragic result feel sorry about the end because we are looking forward to a perfect end,just like Scarlett and fact,ferfect is always a excessive damand.
I affirm brings excitement to Scarlett?s life and encourages her impulse to change and Scarlett,he goes after what he wants and refuses to take ?no? for an is humorous,intelligent and cynical with a hint of is really a respectable think he finnally left because of love .Otherwise,he couldn?t have gone without hesitation.
Ashley Wilkes is the foil to Rhett?s dark, realistic there was no Civil War,he is surely a nobility of grace and history cannot be bocame a victim of the era was gone with the defeat of the the same time,we cannot deny the fact that he had a chear understanding about reality,which just contribute to his tragedy.
In this book,what I appreciate most is not Melanie?skindness or Rheet?s dedication and patience,but Scarlett?s courage to throw her long-standing morality and tradition whe faced with the beginning of the war,she didn?t care about her world are endless dinner parties and dance her body are her father?s brave Irish blood and her mother?s noble French pure had a vast farm as her had hundreds of is Scarlett.,a member of noblity,proud and war changed mother died of father become silent and the farm was nearly food became a big the pressure was put on Scarlett?s must feed a family of 9 people in a big difference of all this happened to someone else,he or she may choose to the contrary,Scarlett choose to face the change of life can we not admire her courage of to change is like a road can?t be completely we fall down from the peak,we may get hert ,we may get disappointed,we may feel if you want to survive,you must stand up to face it.
It is obvious that is really a good book,even if a long time has passed away,it is still suitable for today is of great importance to change ourselves,change our value even our thoughts when our life chages.
On the other hand,I think there is no real perfect in the has his is necessary for us to learn to forgive others? we keep good-tempered,Ibelieve there will be more comedy and less tragedy.
Reading Note
Since I go to school, I start to form the habit of noting what I have read. I found it is
very helpful for me, because I get bad memory, I will forget what I have learned in the
class soon, so my teacher asks me write down what I get.
Now, after class, I will open the note, go over what I have learned.
一、在教学各个环节体现梯度。
在新授环节，讨论、对话的形式引出新单词—讲述有关星期知识，明白新单词—采用不同形式读学习新单词—同桌认读练习新单词—拍手歌巩固新单词—找规律写单词—歌曲唱出新单词。无不体现由浅到深，由易到难。在结束课堂环节，布置的作业体现“下要保底，上不封顶”原则，一是让学生会写七个单词，二是让学生把今天的收获说给父母听。
二、评价体现科学性。
“好言一句三冬暖，恶语伤人六月寒，”学生在英语方面树立的自信心很脆弱，需要老师的细心呵护，不是没有优秀的学生，而是教师缺少一双善于发现的眼睛。教师要善于发现学生的优点，及时给予鼓励，教师要善待学生的不足，及时给予鼓励，但要注意度的把握在评价性语言方面体现科学性，不要动不动就“very good”，另外要针对问题本身，针对学生回答情况，要“量体裁衣，”不能是good， you did very well。 Best，等简单重复。还有我们要善于利用肢体语言表达情感，一个人心的微笑，一个赞许的大拇指，一个认可的`点头，一个鼓励的眼神同样也会起到潜移默化的作用。
三、打好地基，注重单词教学
只要打好坚实的基础，才能盖起摩天大楼，学生只有把单词掌握扎实才能很好地达到运用的高度；只有把基础做实、做厚，才能拓展延伸。在英语教学中，我们强调听说领先，读写跟上，但往往是读写跟不上。因此教学中，我安排了大量读的练习和写的练习。
四、利用歌谣识记单词，事半功倍。
在单词教学中，我除了运用实物、图片、简笔画外，歌谣运用的也很多，歌谣脍炙人口，通过教师自编的歌谣，会让学生读起来琅琅上口，很容易记住单词，我认为这也是我这节课的一个优点。
在教学中也存在一些问题，如时间上的安排还欠妥当，抽学生说的面还不够广，对学生的评价是注意了，但最后没有落实到位等等，这还有待于我在今后的教学中去改进。

The Old Man and the Sea is one of Hemingway’s most enduring works and mayvery well bee one of the true classics of this generation。 It played a greatpart in his winning the Pulizer Prize in 1953 and the 1954 Novel Prize forLiterature and confirmed his power and presence in the literary world。 Hemingwayis also one of my favorite writers。 Besides The Old Man And the Sea，I have readsome of his other works，such as The Sun Also Rises，A Farewell to Arms and TheSnow of Kilimanijaro。 But The Old Man and the Sea is the one that left thedeepest impression on me。

yesterday i read a book the name of the book is《dr bethune》.
dr bethune was a famous doctor from canada. in 1938 he came to china. at that time china was at war with japan. he worked as a doctor in the chinese army and saved many soldiers’ lives. he worked very hard and became sick. dr bethune died in 1939. he was only 49 years old. he was a good man and we remember him today.
i think the book is very very good!
