We often hear people say, “Never give up.” This can be encouraging words and words of determination. There are quite a number of them who pay full attention to positions in big cities and are willing to flood into developed areas under any circumstances, even though there will be too much uncertainty for their choices. Innumerable cases go straight to the same miserable end: God seems to refuse to help too many of His worshipers.
In conclusion, to define the quuality of competition seems to be far from valuable sense, for no matter what a competition is, an opportunity or a challenge, it will create nutritious elements for our growth.
So take a positive look at everything around. Keep our face to the sunshine, and we will not see the shadows.

大家早上好，我们今天演讲的主题是《中秋，感恩》。
秋渐渐浓了，月渐渐圆了，再过几天，一年一度的传统节日————中秋节快到了！都说中秋的月最圆，中秋的月最明，中秋的月最美，所以又被称为“团圆节”。古往今来，人们常用“月圆”、“月缺”来形容“悲欢离合”，客居他乡的游子，更是以月来寄托深情。
比如唐代诗人李白的“举头望明月，低头思故乡”，杜甫的“露从今夜白，月是故乡明”，宋代王安石的“春风又绿江南岸，明月何时照我还”等诗句，都是千古绝唱。
说到这，我就想考考同学们了，有人知道关于中秋节的传说吗？
没错，嫦娥奔月。相传，嫦娥偷吃了丈夫后羿从西王母那儿讨来的不死之药后，飞到月宫。但琼楼玉宇，高处不胜寒，所谓“嫦娥应悔偷灵药，碧海青天夜夜心”，正是她倍感孤寂之心情的写照。后来，嫦娥向丈夫倾诉懊悔说：“明天乃月圆之候，你用面粉作丸，团团如圆月形状，放在屋子的西北方向，然后再连续呼唤我的名字。三更时分，我就可以回家来了。”翌日，照妻子的吩咐去做，届时嫦娥果由月中飞来，夫妻重圆。中秋节做月饼供嫦娥的风俗，也是由此形成。
金桂飘香，花好月圆，在这美好的节日里，人们除了赏月、走亲访友，还能做些什么呢？没错还有大家最为期待的就是吃月饼。
吃月饼是节日的另一习俗，月饼制作从唐代以后越来越考究。苏东坡有诗写道：“小饼如嚼月，中有酥和饴”。
清朝杨光辅也写道：“月饼饱装桃肉馅，雪糕甜砌蔗糖霜”。看来当时的月饼和现在已颇为相近了。嗯，对。中国一共有四大月饼种类，分别是广式月饼、京式月饼、滇式月饼和苏式月饼。各式精美的月饼真让人垂涎欲滴啊。诱人的月饼确实是让人难以抗拒。那么，中秋吃月饼，有哪些禁忌呢？需要注意什么呢？
月饼不宜粥相配、吃月饼宜早不宜晚、月饼宜少不宜多。月饼宜鲜不宜陈、先吃咸后吃甜。尤其是女性朋友吃月饼更要注意，特别是妊娠，产后因为孕育胎儿或哺乳特殊生理情况。吃月饼、赏月、走亲访友，无论什么形式，都寄托着人们对生活的无限热爱和对美好生活的向往，中秋是中华瑰宝之一，有着深厚的文化底蕴。中国人特别讲究亲情，特别珍视团圆，中秋节尤为甚。
中秋，是一个洋溢着亲情的节日；中秋，是一个弥漫着团圆的时节。这个时节，感受亲情、释放亲情、增进亲情；这个时节，盼望团圆、追求团圆、享受团圆……这些，都已成为人们生活的主旋律。
中秋最美是亲情。一家人团聚在一起，讲不完的话，叙不完的情，诉说着人们同一个心声：亲情是黑暗中的灯塔，是荒漠中的甘泉，是雨后的`彩虹……
中秋最美是思念。月亮最美，美不过思念；月亮最高，高不过想念。中秋圆月会把我们的目光和思念传递给我们想念的人和我们牵挂的人，祝他们没有忧愁，永远幸福，没有烦恼，永远快乐！
中秋最美是感恩！无须多言，给父母一个微笑，给亲友一个问候，递上一杯清茶，送上一口月饼，这是我们给予父母最好的回报。感谢父母给予的生命，感谢父母给予的培养……
