一、基层是青春最广阔的舞台
我进入财政系统后的第一个岗位是张沟镇财政所农税专管员，然后很长一段时间一向在农业税收征管，农村税费改革的一线，帮忙农户解决税费征收中面临各种困难，还有幸见证了乡村告别赋税迎接惠农补贴的历史巨变。在张沟财政所的那四年是辛苦而充实的，让我成长了很多，不仅仅在具体业务中磨砺了自我，同时还被老所长身上扎根基层，踏实肯干的韧劲儿所感染，坚定了我扎根财政事业为民服务的决心。我觉得基层为我们青年干部干事创业供给了最广阔的舞台，我们必须要扎根基层，把小事做好。
二、奉献是青春最基本的要义
我的第二个工作岗位是国库收付中心，这是一个十分考验人定力和耐心的岗位，我和我的同事们在平凡的岗位上，日复一日、年复一年，每一项拨款反复核对，每一笔账务精准无误，每一笔数字丝毫无差，用规范高效精准的服务，得到预算单位的一致好评，用默默无闻的奉献诠释了青春的要义，彰显了青春的价值。所以我们必须要立足岗位，把形象塑亮。
三、历练是青春最完美的砥砺
我觉得青年干部必须要经风雨，受磨炼，然后才能长才干，提本事。为了提升综合素质，我进取参加省市相关活动，提高综合竞争力，为仙桃财政增光添彩。在参加“践行仙桃精神，推动绿色崛起”主题演讲比赛活动中，历经五次大赛八度易稿，最终获得全市二等奖；我精心策划编排，组织人员参加市全阅办主办的“我阅读、我欢乐”演诵比赛，获得了全市一等奖；在“小米回家”龙舟赛和市九运会活动中，一面保障后勤工作，一面当好一线运动员。那次比赛我们获得了龙舟竞赛小组第一和游泳比赛“四金三银四铜”的良好成绩，其中，我个人也在女子50米蛙泳项目中贡献了一枚铜牌。经过进取参加活动，既为市局争得了荣誉，也锻炼了个人综合素质，展示了仙桃财政进取向上，敢打敢拼的精神面貌。所以，我们必须要综合发展，把本领练硬。
四、奋斗是青春最鲜明的底色
以往我早已习惯朝八晚六的机关生活，慢慢精神懈怠，思想滑坡，少了奋斗的活力。但静下心来思考人生，我就这样在平庸乏味的日子里慢慢老去吗？多少次内心激烈的斗争，我告诉自我趁年轻，要奋斗。于是我主动申请，到省财政厅挂职锻炼一年，正是这一年，让我在政治思想、业务素质，工作方法上都有了一个全面的提升。省厅工作着眼大局，为紧跟宏观形势，认真学习国家产业政策以及省级支撑政策，提高政策解读本事，极大扩宽了视野，对许多工作有了新的见解。同时在岗位上迅速进入主角，敢于担当，不辞辛劳，打造过硬素质，为将来的工作打了坚实一环。到国际科工作以来，围绕着核心业务，奔走努力，把工作做出亮点。我们进取借鉴兄弟市县先进经验，争取国际金融组织贷款，切实提高仙桃国金贷赠款的利用水平，积累丰富经验。与此同时我还承担了局妇委会的工作，加强女职工队伍建设，进取策划了一系列有声有色的活动，把女同胞们凝聚起来，让女同志真正撑起我们仙桃财政的“半边天”。所以我也明白仅有敢打敢拼，充满干劲，才能把工作干好，取得成绩。

“少年不知愁滋味，为赋新词强说愁”，少年更不识寂寞的滋味。当我踏入大学，在那里我才感受到了什么是真正的寂寞?百无聊赖，手头根本找不到值得去做的事情。

“采菊东篱下，悠然见南山”，陶渊明式的那种闲适，那种怡然自得曾经是我梦寐以求的。也许你会笑话我这个年轻人，因为在这个物欲横流，房价飞涨，物价上涨的时代，陶渊明还能够“不为五斗米折腰”吗?当我们拿着微薄的工资，望着房价物价兴叹时，我们能为自己的清贫骄傲吗?谁来为你的房子买单?谁来为你的柴米油盐买单?谁又会来为你的清贫买单?难道我们就得安于现状，等待救济，不思进取吗?
“穷则生变”，中国民族何尝不是在贫穷落后中崛起的，那么这注定我们要不安于现状，要迫使我们努力进取，这又何尝不好呢?既然我们还年轻，我们就有资本去搏杀，就有机会去争取更好的生活，但我们必须努力，必须奋斗，必须在寂寞中唱歌，在清贫中完成自我富足。
自我富足，不是指物质生活上的自我满足，而是指精神上的富有。不要求你学富五车，不要求你才高八斗，只要求你在闲暇之余少打麻将少打牌，少摆酒席多读书。俗话说：“活到老，学到老”，廉颇尚未老矣，而我们却倚老卖老。以书为友，以书为侣，这才是完成自我富足的有效途径。
寂寞、清贫将继续与我们为伴，但我们可以与书为伴，在寂寞中歌唱，在清贫中完成自我富足。

我是来自法学系九中队_级4班的_，现担任班级区队长。今天能够站在这里代表获奖同学发言，我感到非常激动并且无限的光荣。首先，请允许我代表所有获得“优秀团员”“优秀团干”殊荣的同学们向切实关心我们成长的校领导、辛勤培育我们的老师、支持和帮助我们的同学表达衷心的感谢和诚挚的敬意!
在过去的一年里，做为团组织的一员，我积极参加团组织的各项活动，密切配合团支部的各项工作，耐心、细致地为同学们解读关于团员的知识，体现了一名优秀团员应有的素质，在帮助同学们解惑的同时，也给同学们树立了一名合格团员的榜样，传递了积极、正面的能量。
丹福书记曾经说过“学习是生活的基础，好的学习才能为今后生活质量的提高打下坚实的基础”。我时刻谨记学习的重要性，在平时的学习中，我努力学习，像海绵吸水一样，不放过任何一个学习的机会。课堂上，我认真听讲，积极与老师和同学互动，参与各种案列的讨论;课下，我认真复习，充分做好课前准备。“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”，假期里，我积极参与社会实践，在实践中学习，在实践中成长，努力把学到的知识应用于实践，不断提高自己的学习能
力，丰富自己的知识结构。
“做人要真诚、真实，做事要坦诚、认真。”在对班级管理的工作上，我始终坚持自己的原则，做到对事不对人，认真传达、解释学院和中队上的各种相关规定。遇到问题真诚的和同学们沟通、交流，在班级里和同学们打成一片，这样既有利于班级日常工作的开展，也能及时发现和化解同学间的矛盾。在平时的工作中，出现问题，我尽力解决。能解决的就自己解决，遇到自己解决不了，超出能力范围的我会向中队上汇报，交由中队上处理。
在日常生活上，我从一些小事情做起，从自己身边做起。团结友爱，关心同学，赢得了同学们的信任和支持。“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”。我积极响应习近平主席提出的“厉行节约、反对浪费”，在食堂里，吃多少就打多少，绝不浪费。我还利用课余和早操时间加强身体素质的锻炼，这不仅给我自己养成了健康科学的生活习惯，还在一定程度上给班里的同学起到了很好的模范带头作用。 最后，我谈一下我自己的感想。我认为，作为一名合格的共青团员需要做到以下几点：首先，要有正确的思想，思想是行动的先导，只有思想上不动摇，才能坚持自己的梦想;其次，要有远大而坚定的理想和短期的目标，只有有理想有目标的人才能取得成功;再次，要有一颗积极向上的心，要有端正的态度，虚心学习，这样才能不断丰富自己的知识，

大家好！今天我演讲的主题是：弘扬五四精神，我的青春我做主。
___多年前，也就是1919年五月四日，三千多名北京学生高呼：‘外争主权，内除国贼’，‘取消二十一条’，‘誓死收回青岛’，‘拒绝在合约上签字’等口号，游行，慷慨万分的学生火烧赵家楼，痛打章宗祥！随后掀起了全国性的抵抗活动，工人罢工，商人罢市。万般有罪，爱过无罪。当值政府为平息甚至像一群手无寸铁的大学生开枪，即使这样也没能扑灭这群爱国青年的一腔热血，这就是著名的五四运动。
穿梭岁月的锋头，走过历史的云烟，在人类浩瀚的旗海中，适中闪烁着一面鲜明的旗帜，那是青春树立起来的旗帜，这面旗帜包含着一代代优秀青年为祖国富强，为民族振兴所作出的贡献，包含着一代代热血青年为踏寻革命足迹，征服坎坷路途而付出的血与汗！
现在容许我问大家一个问题：“当你目视着五星红旗冉冉升起的时候，当你听到慷慨激昂国歌的时候，你想到了什么？”是烈士的鲜血？祖国的破败？不屈的抗争？还是民族的振兴？祖国的昌盛？和龙的腾飞呢？ 但是此时此刻你是否想到了自己，想到了自己肩上的责任与使命；你是否想到怎样为国旗增添光辉，怎样让自己的青春更加美丽、更加壮观呢？
作为新时代的大学生，感知着知识经济的迅猛发展，祖国母亲的迅猛腾飞，我们更要燃点青春，立志报国，奉献社会，我们必须懂得奉献，因为奉献才是青春的价值所在，在唯有奉献了的青春才是最迷人的青春、最迷人的青春！
