这是我学习英语(论坛)时最常用的一种方法。英语是一种语言,语言运用的最高境界就是四会——听说读写,因此相应的,要耳到口到眼到手到。为了在最短的时间内使更多的四会能力都得到训练,耳口眼手完全可以一起上。拿到一个有声文本,我一般会按下面的步骤进行学习。第一遍,不看文本,只听录音;第二遍,进行听写,迅速准确地记下听到的内容;第三遍,一边听录音,一边将自己记下的内容与文本对照,尤其注意自己听错的和没听清的地方;第四遍,对照文本进行跟读;第五遍,不看文本进行跟读。五遍下来,看起来似乎有点累,但在这个过程中,不仅文本在脑中留下了深刻的印象,而且练习了听力和口语,在听写的时候还复习了单词的拼写,可谓是一举多得。其实仔细想想,平常我们听课文,又岂止听了五遍,可效果却并不理想,我想这正是因为我们没有做到耳到口到眼到手到。录音放了,耳朵听了,却没有在脑海中留下多少痕迹。
在英语的题海中一番畅游之后,我才发现,最有用的就是那些最经典的。曾经做过多少主语从句、定语从句、状语从句、同位语从句、省略句、倒装句、虚拟语气的题目,我已经记不清了,但在脑海中清晰浮现的,总是那些经典。
所谓万变不离其宗,虽然说适用于任何学科,但用在英语上,最是贴切。所有繁杂的知识点,都能融入一个个生动的句子中,句子尽管千变万化,但其中包含的语法不会变。而记下经典例句,往往比记下枯燥的语法知识要容易得多。每一个知识点选择若干个典例,反复朗读,直到能熟练地运用,目的就达到了。
