During the summer holiday,I spent much time in reading.I finished one of the four masterpieces of China,Journey to the West.It’s really an interesting book,telling many adventurous stories.I had watched the TV series before,but I found that the book is much interesting.
Except for the adventurous experiences,we still can learn somethingfromthis book.We should be brave and confident to ourselves,no matter how many difficulties we meet.Our fellows and team work is important tous.When we are in trouble,they are the person we can rely on.And the trust between people is of great importance.It can bine people to a group and work together.

Wild, is no longer a symbol of the law of jungle but a headspring where streams out love, passion, bravery, loyalty, friendship, venture, competition and tolerance all these virtues can easily be found in the Call of the Wild.
Jack London （1876-1916） is a worldwide renowned novelist.His stories successfully reflect the contradictory views of man’s nature and destiny in and against the wild, and his "fight to survive" notion has gained him and his works timeless popularity, particularly, the Call of the Wild.
It tells a story of a gigantic dog, named Buck, who is stolen from a rich and comfortable home and forced to learn to survive as an Alaskan sled dog. Buck, at first, is too savage for the company of man until he coincidently encounters his beloved master-kindhearted John Thornton. Finally, John’s incidental death breaks Buck’s last tie to the man and drives him into his long-desired wild with his pack. In the story, Buck and John simply adopt themselves to answer the call of the wild. When it comes to Buck’s mind that one day he will eventually leave John- his master, all he wants to do is just to help him finish the gold-rush-trip. He "from then on, night and day, never put a halt, in desperation, he burst into long stretch of flight, did not to stay him （John）…" （Chapter VII The Sounding of The Wild） Buck wished to remember John’s image forever, he "for two days and nights never left camp, never let Thornton out of his sight. Can a real man devote himself to loyalty and friendship in such a way? On the other hand, John Thornton is not only a dog-lover but also a brave and venturous man. He is so straightforward and simple that makes him an accommodating man. Once he firmly roots a goal into his heart, it seems that nothing could prevent him from accomplishing it except death. 在教学中应该做到：尽可能充分全面地了解学生，包括学生不断变化的兴趣特征和心理状态；让学生清楚地了解学习目标，并向学生清楚地介绍基本要求和较高要求。鼓励和指导学生确定自己的学习目标；精心设计教学活动，尤其是对于有困难的教学内容，尽可能设计能有效降低入门难度、循序渐进提高的教学活动；面向全体学生、尤其是困难学生设计教学过程和教学活动，并尽可能使教学活动符合学生的兴趣，尤其是运用性任务；使用容易理解的教学语言，不熟悉的教学语言则尽量使用体态语，必要时直接使用汉语；在课堂教学中多观察学生的反应，看学生是否理解教学内容，是否能完成教学要求，可以用大量的视觉接触（看）来观察学生，这比使用语言获得反馈要更节约时间；在课堂上鼓励学生对不懂的内容提出问题，鼓励参加集体活动；建立友好、融洽的教学氛围，不让任何学生难堪，尤其是有困难的学生和有心理负担的学生；教学目标为评价标准的依据，建立合理的、有层次的评价体系，使学生清楚了解评价目标，鼓励学生进行自我评价；全体学生提供尽可能丰富的学习资源，鼓励并指导学生根据自己的实际情况选择不同的学习资源，根据自己的实际情况使用不同的学习资源。

The resonance between me and the book makes me feel not only the kindness and the wickedness of all the characters in the novel,but what th aloof society lacks,and what I lack deep inside.These supreme resources I’m talking about right now are somewhat different from minerals,oil that we usually mention.They’re abstract like feelings,and some kinds of spiritual stimulation that all of us desire anxiously from one another -- love and care.
Those charitable figures whom Dickens created in the novel are really what we need in life.They showed love and care to others,just as the gentle rain from the sky fell upon the earth,which was carved into my heart deeply.
Mr.Brownlow one such person.

This summer holiday,I read a book called Andersen Fairy Tale.The book has many interesting stories. I can’t forget one of the story of this book, ugly little duck. It is very ugly, who has been bullied. It was alone, no animals would play with it.
In the cold winter, it almost froze to death in the forest.However, it finally frying by its own efforts.It turned into a beautiful swan.It is not an ugly duck anymore. This story tells us: in the face of injustice, it is only through their own efforts, as have happiness and joy.
The book I read this week entittled the Red and the Black, which is undoubtedly among the best liturature works. As a person who haven’t had much knowledge in literature, any comments on this work seem to be rather naive and even sort of reckless. But this is the only book I have access to recently. With much deliberation, I would like to write down following words.
The book mainly tells a story about a man named Julien, who came from a carpenter’s family and got a shrewd father and two elder brothers characterized by huge size and rudeness. Though he wasn’t quite athletic, he got talent with his memory. He could recite the whole contents of the Bible, which made him admired by people around him and win him a job as a family teacher. And this is the part where our story begins. Under his gorgeous face, there exists a relentless lust for fortune, power and status, all of which derive from his persuit of happiness, dignity and freedom and finally contributed to his downfall. (ing from the low class in the society and hope to achieve success with their own efforts. These people usually don’t have the necessary conditions to become successful, but they will by no means stop trying or let God tells them what their lives should be like, instead, they are willing to sacrifice anything to realize their dreams and earn their dignity. For these people, no matter what the consequences their struggle may be, I should forever pay my tribute to them. To some extent, they are the makers of the world.

第一、必须具有良好的道德品质和人格魅力，热爱教育事业，热爱本职工作，具有奉献精神，具有强烈的责任感、事业心。这是职业道德要求，一名教师专业能力再强，如果思想上有问题，责任感不强，不喜欢学生，甚至道德品质有问题，他也不可能成为一名优秀的教师。

第三、必须具备广博的文化知识和其它艺术学科基础知识，英语教师除了具备本专业的知识技能外，必须尽力扩宽其它基础知识的掌握面，以及了解其他学科基本知识技能，并能综合运用它们进行教学，在广泛的文化情景中对学生进行教育，陶冶学生的情操，提高学生的素质。这是现代教育的时代要求。
第四、必须具有先进的教学理念，善于吸纳新知识，获取新信息，并善于把这些新理念、新知识、新信息合理的运用到教学实践中，以保持与时代同步。时代的飞速发展，新学科，新技术，新知识的大量涌现，要求教师必须善于接受新理念、掌握新知识、运用新技术进行教学，优秀教师更应该如此。
当然，要想成为一名出色的教师，最重要的就是要坚持的做下去，做一辈子。

一、教师必须明确小学英语的教学目的和基本要求
小学英语应符合儿童生理和心理发展的实际，通过听、说、认、读、唱歌、游戏、表演、画画等活动，激发和培养学生对英语学习的兴趣和对语言的敏感性，使学生养成良好的语言学习习惯，初步形成较好的语音、语调基础，并使其具备用所学英语进行简单交际的初级能力。同时在教学过程中，努力开发学生的学习智力，发展他们的思维能力、想象能力和创造能力，为学生进一步的英语学习打好基础。
二、在教学时，要重兴趣、成就感、自信心的培养
托尔斯泰说过：“成功的教学所需要的不是强制，而是激发学生的兴趣。”小学英语教学应采取一切可用的方法，激发学生对英语学习的强烈愿望，使他们爱学、乐学，而学习兴趣的保持又在很大程度上取决于学习的效果，取决于他们能否获得成就感，能否树立自信心。因此，教师要对学生多做激励，使学生体验到成功的喜悦，并逐步树立他们的学习信心。
三、课堂教学，实际生活密切相关
《英语课程标准》要求教师“创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动”，吸引和组织他们积极参与，要能够使学生获取处理和使用信息、用英语与他人交流，用英语解决实际能力。只有接近生活的，真实的，复杂的活动才能整合多重的内容和技能。这将有助于学生用真实的方式来应用所学的知识。课堂教学向课外体验延伸，教师可设立交际任务。把课内的虚拟情景放到课外的真实体验中，以分组合作的形式，安排学生按英文购物单到超市完成采购任务，使学生充分体验英语交际所带来的成功感。
总之，书中阐述了很多教与学的方法，我觉得对于我的英语教学来说是非常有益的，在以后的生活中应该多多阅读与参考此类书籍。

Despite of the torture of the principal and all those pressures above,she still was optimtic towards life.By reading th novel,I felt inspired and think much.When we meet such difficulties,what should we do?Some people always complain that the fate unfair to them.Some people can’t sustain the hardships and choose to give up.Few of them even try to commit suic ide because they lack the courage to overcome with Sara-an eleven years old girl who can treat the pressure of life with optimtic spirit,these people’s performances are sounded so lamentable.Why can’t they make it?However,what impress me most are her charactertics and the thought of her “being a real princess.” Th “real princess” does not mean luxury palaces,beautiful clothes and the apple of the others’ eyes,but being kind,generous and having good manners.It unnecessary for “a real princess” to be strong in body,but she must be strong in will.Sara a real princess in my heart all the time,whether she was rich and wore beautiful clothes in the classroom or she was cold and hungry in the attic,just because she had the good characters and kind heart.The story went on.Fortunately,a friend of Sara’s father found her and told her that her father left a great sum of money to her.I pray and believe that every good person in the world deserve a good result,and of course,we are the same.
Reading Report of The Old Man and the Sea The Old Man and the Sea was written by an Americanwriter named Ernest Hemingway.It has been translated into tens of languages,and the writer was so proud of his work.Santiago,the hero of the story,had gone eighty-four days without taking a fish back.At first,aboy named Manolion had been with him,but Santiago couldn’t catch even one fish.The boy had gone at his parents’ orders in a lucky boat which caught three good fish the first week,and the couple thought that it was definitely and finally bad to let their boy stay with the old Santiago’s eighty-fifth day of fishing,he went out alone,leaving the smell of the land behind and rowing out into the clean early morning smell of ocean.
To his surprise,he caught a tuna which he had never seen before and it was hard to believe that the tuna was bigger than his boat.Later,the bloodfromthe tuna left a trail for all sharks as wide as a highway,so fighting against sharks was unavoidable.The result was that sharks ate up all the meat of the tuna and Santiago only brought the tuna skeleton back.He was so tired that he slept deeply as soon as he got home,dreaming of lions.In this story,Santiago was an old and poor widow though he was good at fishing and had so much valuable experience.He only lived on fishing all his life.At long last,he just brought the skeleton back,you may think such a fisherman should be a loser,but this result didn’t mean the contrary,Hemingway used the skeleton which was the pillar of spirit to strengthen the meaning of the old man’s life.Santiago was described as a perfect person who never gave up.Theboy named Manolion appeared in the beginning and at theend.
Even during Santiago’s voyage,he always came to the poor old man’s mind.He was the only person who cared Santiago sincerely,trust Santiago absolutely,and the young boy wanted to be an inheritor of Santiago’s career.Hemingway not only told us the experience of fishing should be spreadfromgeneration to generation,but also expected us to admire,to learnfromand to carry on the spirit of Santiago.The appearance of Manilion was not by chance,which was arranged by Hemingway.During Santiago’s long voyage,how much he wished the boy could have been with him to drive his loneline away.Youth is the symbol of energy and hope.Even an old man can be young inside.Lions appeared several times in Santiago’s dreams for they were living in his heart,which showed the spirit of Santiago would never be low.The coming of the sharks could not be avoided.
They can be thought as attack which can swallow your succe and happine.The story tells me to face the problems happened in my life with a heart as wide as ocean.Though the old man was lonely,he was a traveler who walked on the road of realizing his ideals.But he was not alone at the moment,for his will was so firm.The Old Man and the Sea has won the Nobel Prize at last,which isa comfort to the writer.
For the end of "gone with the wind"， stand in the perceptual Angle, to be honest, the heart is really sad, and very sad -- is the strong, the warm love will disappear with the time? But on the rational side, we have to think that ritter's broken love will not be like a new one -- the two sides of a miserable man!

《山丘上的约会》故事最精彩的部分在于两个素未谋面的人终于决定要见面了，让人紧张心跳的也正是这一刻，两人都从对方最高的期望出发，结局如何呢？作者采用了卡通化的造型，夸张地强化了故事中两个主角的差异，不论在身高或体态上都不同。很戏剧化的是，正当玲玲抬头猛往高处寻找将会从天而降的偶像时，男主角瓜瓜也正奋力地跳上山丘去赴约呢！作者运用书本竖立时的直式版面，营造出男女主角见面时的“震憾”画面，令人拍案叫绝！故事中的主角虽然都是田墅里常见的动物，但两者的外形、习性截然不同，所以见面的过程充满了典范英语读书笔记 曲折、趣味。孩子在阅读时因为是旁观者，一定会觉得他们好笑，从而在轻松的气氛中理解故事的发展进程。

Insect Chronicle "is a book that I really enjoy reading. It was written by renowned entomologist Farb from afar. Farb loved insects from a young age, and his obsession, fascination, and infatuation with them led him to the palace of insects. People filled his two pockets in memory of him!
I like the fireflies in "Insect Story". Faber writes about fireflies so elegantly and his hunting methods so carefully and gently. Fireflies like to live in the grass by the stream, where there are many of their prey - snails. There is a "anesthesia needle" inside the firefly's body. In recent days, I have finished reading the book "the old man and the sea". And get a lot of insights from it.
The owner of this book is a fisherman named Santiago who lives in Cuba. He fought a huge Marlin in a fishing trip, and finally came home frustrated and defeated.
"A man is not born to be defeated. You can kill him, but you cant defeat him." This sentence not only praises Santiagos indomitable spirit, but also gives me a lot of inspiration. "The cold sea wind is blowing the horn ceaselessly, and there is a salty blood in the sea wind." In such a bad environment, Santiago is able to persevere with tenacity, which is actually a kind of tough spirit. It is with this character that Santiago can retreat in the sharks and bad weather and go home safely.
We are also like this in our life. Many things cant be done smoothly. We need to rely on tenacious perseverance and courage to support ourselves, and finally we can reap the fruits of success. Like when we take an exam, if we dont recite knowledge, how can we get better results in the exam? What should we do if we dont finish the homework assigned by the teacher on time and we dont have a solid grasp of the knowledge?
