首先,英文简历必须讲究简洁性,包括句子也是一样的。避免使用过长的句子,特别是那些语法过于高深的句子,不仅使得自己写起来容易出现错误,而且还不利于人家阅读的速度,因为句子一长就不是那么容易理解的。多使用简短性的句子将有利于快速阅读的需要,有些求职者平常写作就喜欢把一句话说到底,这样你是写了个痛快,但是人家看得人着实觉得很累。

其次,在英文简历当中可不要使用缩写词语,因为本来一个缩写就代表很多的意思,而且英文单词是由字母所组成的,可不是汉字,你这三个缩写字母就可以表示多个含义,这样你让人家阅读时还得思考下花费时间,这与阅读简历求快的原则是相违背的。

第三,简历当中本来不应该出现什么人称代词,但是英文简历当中语法上要求人称代词,不过我们可以改变举行结构,多使用动词作为开头,这样就可以避免使用人称代词而造成的冗长性影响。
